Born on a farm in Northwest Iowa, Brenda was raised with solid Midwestern roots on the same land her family still farms today. Brenda graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a B.A. in Advertising, specializing in Creative. After several stints at ad agencies around the Midwest, Brenda relocated to the sunny, scenic Southwest to open her own freelance copywriting business where she stayed for 8 years. In 2003, she relocated her business back to the Heartland of the Midwest in the Northeast corner of Iowa near Waterloo where the famed John Deere tractor legacy was born eons ago.
