Concept, write, edit, proof at all stages of creative process. Worked closely with Art Directors & Production to be very involved in photography, layout & design.

  • Product literature (brochures, catalogs, direct mail, spec sheets, pocket guides, etc.)
  • Sales collateral (kits, binders, packets for dealers & salesmen)
  • Displays/signage for trade shows and in-store (dealerships)
  • Radio spots (live-read & pre-record, 30- and 60-second)
  • Video scripts (from 2 minutes for a product-intro to 40 minutes for technical supplement)
  • Strategic marketing plan for Air Seeders in conjunction with account service
 Achievements:

  • Concepted theme for 60th Anniversary 1997 John Deere Day (also used for 1998 and 1999 as well). Show me!
  • Responsible for seeding equipment materials associated with John Deere's largest product launch in its history, Albuquerque, August 1996. This includes two full-line product catalogs.
  • Wrote a 4-color page ad in The Furrow that was credited as the "single most important influencer" in selling 3 pieces of seeding equipment worth $80,000 each, winter 1995.
  • Campaign for Conservation Reserve Program (CRP), spring 1996. Monsanto-sponsored direct mail to contract holders across the nation. Informs and educates growers to make a wise decision about converting released acres into production. The project included a number of pieces & was commended by farmers, USDA and other ag businesses.
